Ticketmaster.Com Promotion PW TASTE of Philly Midtown Village Festival - The restaurants, shops, and businesses of the ever trendy and expanding Midtown Village district of Center City Philadelphia are taking to the streets to host the third annual Fall Festival. The outdoor street festival will run from 12 Noon to 8:00 P.M. Saturday, October 4th (rain or shine). Fallen Officer Survivor Police Fund – From 4-8pm on Saturday Oct. 4th, O.N.E. Night Club will be hosting a party/ fundraising event for members of the Philly PD who have lost their lives in service to our city. The party will be both indoors and outdoors, and O.N.E. U.S. Sports Film Festival - The U.S. Sports Film Festival is the first and only comprehensive sports film festival that will be hosted annually in Philadelphia, PA, a storied sports town with passionate fans. Join us for the first annual U.S. Sports Film Festival on October 23 – 26, 2008. The USSFF is not just a festival, it is an interactive-experience and a celebration of sports films past and present. Mutt Strut – A unique opportunity for animal lovers and their dogs (or “rented” PAWS dogs) to come together, walk a 1.5-mile scenic route, enjoy a festive atmosphere and fun activities, and raise funds and awareness for PAWS’ lifesaving efforts on behalf of Philadelphia’s homeless, abandoned, and unwanted animals. This “Dog Walk and Adoption Festival” will be taking place on Saturday, October 25th, 2008 in FDR Park (across from the Sports Complex –free parking).
